Travelled with my family, spent 2 nights here and had a really nice stay. The bathroom was brand new, and the room itself was impeccably clean and heated...

Was a great base for trip. They gave us an exceptionally nice room with many facilities and comfortable beds, for example. The staff were all nice. Very central location was a plus.

The location is fantastic, close to the center, National Park, Romanov Museum, bus station, and street market. The room was spotlessly clean and bright with down pillows. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The owners were awesome - very polite, friendly, and assistive. They even allowed us to work on the property after check-out. The host and his son were very kind and we enjoyed all our conversations with them. The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with spotlessly clean rooms and a surprisingly nice and spacious bathroom. The location was perfect, being in a peaceful part of town but still close to everything worth seeing in this city. We were delighted by the good WiFi and the shared kitchen that had all the utensils we needed for a quick meal. this guesthouse provided excellent value for money.
Nothing to be said.

The room I stayed in had a private bathroom with a bath or shower. It was so nice to have my own space to freshen up. Some of the rooms have amazing views of the mountains or garden, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The guestrooms at Guest House Besarioni had really comfortable beds and air conditioning, which ensured a good night's sleep. I loved that there was a shared kitchen available. It was great to have a place where I could prepare my own meals.
Personally, I didn't really care for the soundproofing in the triple room I stayed in. It didn't make much of a difference for me, but others might still appreciate it.

I chose this hotel for a business mixer and it met my needs perfectly. The air-conditioned accommodations with irons/ironing boards were a great convenience. It allowed me to present myself professionally throughout my stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. It would have been helpful to have a quiet space to meet with clients and colleagues.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but we got used to it eventually. :) We felt so at home! The owners were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed their company and playing cards with them. The private bathroom was a huge plus. The house is located very close to the main street, just a few minutes away. It was easy to walk to the nearby attractions. we had a great time and would love to go back.
The guesthouse was perfect, but the town itself was a bit overrated. There wasn't anything amazing to see, except for the Borjomi National Park.

Felt like home! Polite and welcoming owners. Played cards and tasted homemade wine with them. Comfortable bed. Used kitchen and laundry.
Oh, just a little detail, the mattresses were a bit old. But who cares when everything else is perfect?

We had a delightful stay at a guest house in Borjomi. the hosts, a friendly and joyous family, made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Not only did they provide us with a warm and cozy room, but they also allowed us to use their kitchen for our dinners. They respected our privacy and were discreet, ensuring that we had a peaceful and relaxing experience. To top it off, the father even offered us a taste of his homemade wine. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the main road in the town, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the private bathroom, although not directly connected to the room, had a hot shower and was kept clean. the overall atmosphere of the guest house was welcoming and the breakfast provided was good. the host family was also helpful in arranging onward transportation. we were allowed to work on the premises after our check-out time. We enjoyed engaging in conversations with the friendly owner and his son, who spoke English fluently. We also appreciated Alpha, their intelligent and calm dog, who made us feel safe during our stay. Cons: Everything was exactly what we needed and wanted during our stay! 🌟.
